We partner with state and local jurisdictions receiving emergency funds from the 2008 U.S. Housing and Urban Development’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program and the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to buy and rehabilitate foreclosed homes for qualified individual and multifamily homeowners.
