Merced de las Animas includes 50 units of affordable rental housing for families in Durango, Colorado. The property is one of three Mercy Housing properties in Durango and was completed in 1998. Catholic Health Initiatives and the Mercy Regional Medical Center donated the land to Mercy Housing for the development. The property features a variety of programs and services for the residents and the surrounding community.
