Health and Operational Updates

We are focused on the health and safety of staff and residents. In accordance with the direction of local governments and the Centers for Disease Control, we are following protocols for social distancing among staff, residents, and visitors.

Properties are operating because affordable housing is essential, however, activities are limited to essentials related to cleaning, health, and food security.

Staff are focused on supporting residents through wellness checks, assessing needs such as food and trying to help people cope with fear and anxiety.

Business office closures. We have temporarily closed our physical business offices and staff are working remotely.

How You Can Help

An empty shopping cart being pushed down a grocery store aisle

As many residents are experiencing hardships and don’t have safety nets or resources to pull from during these turbulent times, we have set up a relief fund to help support residents with food insecurity and other related issues.

We need your help today to ensure seniors, families, and people with disabilities have what they need to get through this pandemic. Together, we can make a difference!

YES! I’ll give to the Resident Relief Fund

With gratitude and appreciation,
