Nov 23This is Sweet!
Mark your calendars for April 26, 2023, for the Grand Opening of Thrive Sweet Auburn!
Mercy Housing Southeast partnered with Project Community Connections (PCCI) to build this new mixed-use community in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward with 117 affordable apartment homes and commercial space.
Please join us as we unveil PCCI’s Community Engagement Center, which will include shared commercial space for housing and other services, including space for partners providing healthcare, nutrition education, and workforce training.
Attendees will also tour some of the high-quality, energy-efficient, affordable apartments, built and managed by Mercy Housing Southeast.
This partnership will have a major impact on Atlanta’s existing homelessness, families with low incomes, and veterans who need secure, stable, affordable housing, along with those seeking job training and other supportive services.
More details to follow in early 2023.
