Thanks to the incredible generosity of The Lozier Foundation, this vibrant community of 156 one-and two-bedroom homes was gifted to Mercy Housing Mountain Plains in December. The Falgrove has great amenities including a community pool, and is located near shopping, restaurants and a public park.

We are providing onsite resident services to the residents, centered around five impact areas, including improving health outcomes, promoting housing stability, expanding community engagement, supporting youth development and strengthening financial well-being.

The Falgrove is our third community in Omaha, joining Crestview Apartments and Timbercreek Apartments. We’re excited to welcome The Falgrove residents and staff to the MHMP region!
