About South Loop Apartments
South Loop Apartments was Mercy Housing first ground-up development in Chicago and was completed in 2000. The nine-story building combines 207 affordable single room occupancy apartments with a community-based job training and employment center. The property also features case management services working in partnership with residents to identify skills and abilities that promote personal growth and healthy, independent lifestyles.
