Mercy Housing Southeast provides homes to over 8,000 low-income families, seniors and people with special needs in communities across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee.

We work work with our partners expand the availability of affordable housing across the United States and to continue to provide programs that build stable, vibrant and healthy communities. Together, we have developed more than 3,350 energy-efficient, affordable homes since 1996 and look forward to new partnerships that can help us develop even more.

Our Impact

Mercy Housing provides loans to community developers through the Mercy Loan Fund, which has loaned $301 million that has been leveraged into $1.8 billion of affordable housing financing and 23,700 homes for 60,600 people. Mercy Housing Management Group, our professional property management division, provides services to maintain the quality of our properties and currently manages more than 22,255 units at 325 properties throughout the country. Our combined impact, with the help of our partners, is giving hundreds of thousands of people help and hope across the United States.
