Home Is Just the Beginning is Mercy Housing California’s signature fundraising event. We hope you will join us in San Francisco for a festive evening gala supporting life-changing services for residents at all of our affordable housing communities throughout California.

Affordable housing is often the most important step on a family’s or senior’s journey to a healthier life. Coupled with resident-driven services, the results can be stunning. Seniors can live independently and avoid nursing home care; individuals can stabilize after years of experiencing homelessness and get back to leading healthy lives; youth can excel academically and socially; and families can thrive in safe environments. Mercy Housing knows from experience that affordable housing combined with supportive programs improves the economic status of residents, transforms neighborhoods, and stabilizes lives.
