Martin Luther King, Jr. Village (MLK) provides 80 apartments of permanent supportive housing to disabled homeless adults. The 5.5 acre development consists of single-story, one bedroom cottages and duplexes. There are 60 residential buildings, one community building and one maintenance building. Each 400 square foot cottage has a bedroom, a small kitchen / living space, and a full bathroom. Site amenities include a basketball court and outdoor meeting areas.

The 5,000 square foot community building has several meeting rooms, management offices, service provider offices, multipurpose space, a large well-appointed community kitchen, a computer room, a central laundry room, and a medical exam room. Mercy Housing Management Group provides property management and a 24-hour desk clerk for the development. Mercy Housing partnered with The Effort Inc. and Turning Point Community Services to provide resident services. Services include: case management, living skills, conflict resolution, money management, and credit counseling, health education, HIV/AIDS care and referrals, mental health services, substance abuse counseling, employment counseling, and community building/social activities.
