About ArdenAire
Ardenaire Apartments is one of Mercy Housing’s supportive housing properties in Sacramento featuring 53 units of housing for individuals. The development provides 19 units of housing for individuals with severe mental disabilities who are chronically homeless. They were integrated into an existing apartment building, which was renovated and includes an office for social workers and other providers. Resident Services are provided by Mercy Housing, Sacramento Department of Health & Human Services – Division of Mental Health and Turning Point Community Programs.
