New Apartments for Veterans ! Currently accepting applications for the waiting list.
Baldwin Rose Apartments offers 54 units of affordable housing including 22 units for homeless veterans and 32 units for low-income families with a Veteran Head of Household. There is also one manager’s unit. Our beautiful new community provides one, two and three bedroom apartment homes including 19 accessible apartments for mobility impaired households and 4 apartments for hearing/visually impaired households.
Applications will be accepted at our temporary leasing location at El Monte Veterans Village, 11240 Ramona Boulevard, El Monte, CA 91731.
