About Diamond Sunrise I
Located just minutes from Placerville, Diamond Sunrise is nestled in the Sierra Nevada Foothills town of Diamond Springs. Senior services are easily accessible from this picturesque community, which makes Diamond Sunrise an ideal place for seniors to live independently. Diamond Sunrise Phase I consists of 24 units of affordable housing for seniors. Diamond Sunrise Phase II is a 16 unit complex comprised of all one-bedroom apartments.
