We are proud to serve our residents and California communities through the development of 132 properties across 36 California counties serving low- and very-low-income working poor families, seniors and individuals. Mercy Housing California has developed over 8,700 homes where more than 18,000 Californians will sleep tonight.
We serve families, seniors, and people with special needs with the full spectrum of affordable housing, including supportive housing for the formerly homeless, transitional housing, permanent rental, and affordable homeownership opportunities.
