• Volunteers may potentially learn confidential information about a resident of Mercy Housing during the course of their assignment. Please keep this information confidential.

• Please do not take photos of Mercy Housing residents without their permission.

• Do not enter any apartment unit unless given permission by a resident and accompanied by a Mercy Housing staff member.

• Do not offer to help individual residents or promise any favors. Please speak to a Mercy Housing staff member if you are concerned about a resident or want to provide support.
