About Clare Gardens
Clare Gardens is located in Denver, Colorado, and is a 128 unit townhome housing development, comprised of three and four bedroom townhomes. All of our townhomes are subsidized through the HUD Section 8 Program under which our residents pay only 30% of their adjusted income for rent. We have 22 buildings with extensive grounds that include a children’s playground area and access to a Recreation Center that features a gymnasium, indoor pool, and Kids’ Café. Clare Gardens also offers a resident resource center with a computer lab, where our residents can gather for tutoring services, educational programs, and many other personal enrichment activities. A Resident Services Coordinator is on staff to provide support and advocacy and link our resident to the community services in the area.
