About El Mirage Senior Village
El Mirage Senior Village is a 41-unit affordable complex for seniors that was completed in 1998. The property includes 40 one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom manager’s unit. The property includes a community center complete with a computer center. The development addressed the critical need for low-income senior rental housing in western Maricopa County. El Mirage serves seniors with incomes at 50% or less ofthe area median income.
