The Willow Street Apartments, located in Denver, Colorado, were originally built in the 1960s. Mercy Housing acquired and rehabilitated the property in 1996. The property serves individuals with chronic mental illness. The property features one– and two-bedroom units. All residents living at Willow Street Apartments are referred through the Mental Health Center of Denver.
