Accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments only. Our one bedroom wait list is currently closed.
Catalina Apartments is located in Tacoma’s popular Hilltop neighborhood and provides 43 newly renovated homes with one, two and three bedroom apartment units available to households earning 30%, 40% and 60% of the area median income. Water, sewer and garbage are included with Rent! Catalina provides quality Laundry facilities, a beautiful courtyard and outdoor play area and is convenient to schools, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, grocers and more! Mercy Housing Northwest provides onsite resident services for the community, assisting in areas such as financial literacy, ESL classes, after-school homework groups and summer lunch programs.
