The application window for the initial lottery ended on January 17th, 2023. We are now accepting pre-applications for the wait list only.
Thrive Sweet Auburn is a 117 unit community in the heart of Atlanta’s Sweet Auburn district. The community is conveniently located within walking distance from the King Memorial MARTA station and Martin Luther King Natatorium, Selena S. Butler Park, Grady Hospital, Georgia State University, and Mercy Care.
Thrive offers studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments at 30%, 50% and 80% of AMI, as well as 23 permanent supportive housing units for formerly homeless households.
